found a giant chunk of something in my drink, don’t know what it was but it almost broke my tooth. that honestly would’ve been fine if the drink itself wasn’t horrible, so bitter and watery. never coming here again

ive been too this location before and never had issues but as i was drinking my tea at home, i felt this weird piece of plastic in my mouth. im not sure what this is but i hope staff more careful…

I’ve visited this location and a few others in the past. While the drinks are okay, my main complaint is the smell inside the stores. There’s a very pungent odor that seems like a mixture of strong cleaning products and whatever food is being prepared in the back. The smell is incredibly intense. During my last visit, it was so strong that it actually left my throat feeling irritated, almost like I had inhaled harsh chemicals, for a couple of days afterward. Since it had been a while since my previous visit, I thought maybe it had improved but unfortunately it was even worse this time. It’s really unfortunate because the staff has always been nice. But the overpowering chemical/food smell makes it very unpleasant to stay inside for more than a minute. I really hope management looks into this because it is an unpleasant experience for customers who are more sensitive to smells and find a better way to mask the intense odor. I can’t imagine how the employees are not affected by it aside from maybe nose blindness? I worry about the health safety standards.

I came to this store for the first time and wasn’t sure what to order. Janelle was incredibly friendly and patient, she kept asking about my preferences and recommended drinks that suited me perfectly. She had a big smile the whole time and such great energy that I felt truly welcomed and respected while ordering and enjoying my drink (thank you again Janelle🥰). My experience here was amazing, and I wish every restaurant had service as warm and attentive as hers!

I recently visited this restaurant and while the service was fast, I was disappointed that my request for half ice in my milk tea was not fulfilled. Despite this, the strawberry yogurt was delicious and satisfied my craving. I also enjoyed the Monster Boba with cream cheese which had a great taste. However, the Taro milk tea was just average. Overall, my experience was alright but the ice issue made me hesitant about returning in the future.
